Polar FT7 HRM chest transmitter question

Hello All!
I'm considering buying the Polar FT7 Heart Rate Monitor and it comes with the chest transmitter.

My question is: Does anybody know how big of a chest the strap will fit? The website does not specify and a Google search resulted in no help. I'm not huge but I do wear a 2XL shirt so just trying to make sure it's going to fit before I order one online. I'm really hoping somebody has this one and can give me a length on it so that I can measure my chest.

    Strap fits chest size 30-45 inches

    A little more than 36 inches without stretching, easily stretches another 12.

    It rides right at the end of your breastbone, so it fits a very wide variety of body types. I wouldn't worry about it, it'll fit.

    I wear a 2XL top and the strap fits just fine, hardly know it' s there!
