    I loved Aaahh! Real Monsters, Rocko's Modern Life and Angry Beavers. Captain Planet was another favorite but not sure it would work for what you want.

    Pepper Ann! Pretty sure that was 90's, I remember it from One Saturday Morning! Pepper Ann, Pepper Ann, much too cool for 7th grade! Catch 'er if you can, Pepper Ann!

    Ah, the 90's, a decade of great cartoons...Many have been said already, but not sure if anyone remembers A Pup Named Scooby Doo (Similar toTiny Toons, but with Scooby). Loved Tiny Toons, too.

    Oh course, there are these other classics (sorry for any repeats):

    Sailor Moon

    Mighty Max
    Darkwing Duck
    Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Love Donatelo)
