INSANITY DAY 1 FITNESS TEST RESULTS

Hey fellow fit farm peeps!!

I was wondering if folks could let me know their Day 1 fitness test results as I'm interested to find out how I've fared in the general mass :bigsmile: :bigsmile:

Switch kicks - 129
Power Jacks - 46
Power Knees - 97
Power Jumps - 30
Globe Jumps - 11
Suicide Jumps - 15
Push Up Jacks - 20
Low Plank Oblique - 31

I have no idea if this is relatively good, what I do know is that I can't do push ups for hell lol something to work on I know but hey we've all gotta start somewhere! ...

    I've got no idea what 99% of those are! At least I know, well I think I do, what a low plank oblique is.

    20 push up jacks counts as 'not being able to do push ups'??

    Not familiar with insanity but it looks good to me!
    I used the 100 Push Ups plan and went from only managing 1 feeble push up to about 30 over 8 weeks or so.

    Afterwards my arms and legs were shaking, and I felt a strong urge to puke. But aside from that I feel good. Motivated.

    I'm starting insanity next week. I'm TERRIFIED! Everything you listed just sounds painful and torturous. It looks like you started out strong, though! Keep up the good work!

    Okay, the fit test was hard. I'm definitely not looking forward to the rest of it. I'm also horribly uncoordinated, which makes many of these things quite difficult for me, lol. My results are sad!

    Ok, I just signed up because I was wondering if all you who have posted have stuck to the program? I started Jan 6 and have less than 2 weeks and results are pretty good considering I didn't follow the diet plan.
