    8 ounces unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    1/3 cup dry oats
    1 scoop protein powder
    two tablespoons of peanut butter
    1 banana

    I add a triple berry mix from walmart or if I am using it for breakfast I add a greek yogurt, I cant tolerate milk, to make it into a smoothie it comes out to about 200 calories. Plus it tastes great!!

    1/4 cup of Zoi fat free vanilla yogurt
    1c. frozen strawberries
    1c. apple juice
    water
    scoop or 1/2 scoop of whey protein

    blend until smooth

    Never thought to add oats! Sounds yummy! I'll try that next time.

    - One scoop of protein
    - Two tablespoons chia bran
    - One tablespoon psyllium husk
    - One teaspoon spirulina/greens
    - One tablespoon MCT
    - Half teaspoon cinnamon
    - One tablespoon instant coffee
    - One serve BowelBiotics with digestive enzymes

    And that's lunch! Doesn't taste super-amazing (I'm using wildberry flavoured whey at the moment, which is pretty tasty on its own), but man, this will sort you out.

    I add lots of frozen fruit, strawberries, peaches, blueberries, mixed berries, banana, pineapple. I use 2% milk, you can lower this. I call this my ice cream with out the calories. It is filling and so delicious. I use Whey Protein, vanilla or chocolate or chocolate peanut butter. I like it lumpy.

    Unsweetened almond milk, whatever flavour i have of muller light youghurt and strawberries, usually add in some xanthan gum as well to make it thicker.

    Just Vanilla flavoured protein powder and soy milk :o)
    Used to use Almond milk but had problems with reaching calories, plus soy milk has more protein in it too.
    I don't drink cows milk (don't like the taste) but having it in the powder works fine for me.

    To 2 scoops protein mix, I add unsweetened almond milk (1/2 cup = 15 calories), and ice just to make it thick and cold.

    Love this board! So many yummy ideas! My s.o thinks I should just suck a shake down plain - just pp and water . . . I don't think so!

    Though I don't do this anymore, adding some ff,sf pudding mix + almond milk + banana = amazing! (pistachio, cheesecake etc) Tastes like cake batter and I used to go crazy adding sprinkles haha.

    Mint + greek yogurt + almond milk + dark choc pieces + avocado= mint chip!

    Love to add pumpkin/sweet potato + spices + dates

    Beets make them look super pretty and love to do a sunrise shake w/ carrots/orange/banana. Could add some kale/spinach/zucchini (you wont taste it).

    Hemp seeds, chia seeds, sunbutter, almond butter, peanut butter, flax seeds, avocado, coconut, for the fat.
