When is the best time to exercise? I do zumba at home after I eat supper...so I'm doing zumba around 8-8:30pm...is that to late? I work from 8-5 mon-friday.......what are your thoughts? Would it be better in the a.m. before I go to work? or does it really matter?

Doesn't really matter but if you are having a hard time falling asleep, it could be the zumba. In that case try zumba in the morning before work.0

Honestly, whenever you can get it into your schedule I think is fine. You are making time to workout, and that's what matters. Just make sure that when you get up in the morning you are eating breakfast no later than 30 minutes after you get up (or eating a little something) to get your metabolism going.
My workout's range from 6am to midday to 7:45 at night. Whenever I can fit it in that day.0 -
