Here I Go Again

Morning everyone!
Like many can relate, managing my weight has been a constant struggle. Three years ago I lost 55 lbs but adulthood knocked me off track and fell back into my old bad habits. I've failed so many times that I've lost count, no one takes me serious. I hope that this is the last time and find the support I feel that I'm missing. I'd love to encourage anyone that needs it, a little encouragement goes a long way.

I am in a very similar situation, I lost 60 pounds about a year and a half ago before hitting the working world. After leaving the sunny beaches of my college town and hitting a high stress desk job I am ashamed to say I have gained most of my weight back but now is the time to get it done. If you need a friend or somebody to keep you on track feel free to add me, I'm always happy to help and keep spirits high.0
