Just starting, back surgery last year. Finally able to excersise a little. Gained a bunch of wait being lazy because of this surgery. So here we go!

  Hi, First time on the my fitness pal. I love this site. I have already lose 50 lbs and I have 40 lbs to go. I think this site will help me a lots. I am so excited !!!!
