ive been really good on my diet and followed it religiously , good eating within the calories and excercising, no weight loss for 3 weeks !!!!!!!
never happened before i just dont understand ?
HELP ME

    That sounds pretty discouraging. What type of exercise are you doing? If it's weight/strength training you may be gaining muscle which could overshadowing any loss of fat you might have.
