Just a quick question some days i have trouble eating the calories iv gained from exercising I feel like im just eating for the sake of it if i don't eat them MFP is telling me iv not been eating enough. Im worried that by not eating them im jeopardizing my weight loss any suggestions would be welcome!!

Some do and some don't. I think a good rule of thumb is to eat back about *half* of your exercise calories. (And no I don't practice what I preach here.) That way you don't have to worry as much about "guesswork" with the calories burned, and you'll still lose weight faster than if you ate them all back.
  • I never normally do I think you should try and eat some of them But im terrible doing so I always just eat the calories in my limit haha! But my fitness pal always tells me im under eating and it worries me x
