This one is simple: what are your mantras for when your workout is kicking your butt and you want to give up? What drives you to push through?

    No mantra, but apparently I'm very gullible as I tell myself I'll just do half of my reps, say 6, and when I get to 6, I start counting down from that number. That way I can finish all my reps for some reason, even though I know I'm lying to myself.

    It's funny how different things motivate us all. I tell myself I'm a f#%*ing phoenix. Cheesy maybe, but it helps.
