I need help on an exercise routine to lose weight that I can do at home that don't have jumping exercises because I live on the second story of an apartment complex and the neighbors downstairs will probably complain. I prefer nothing outside because I live in a bad neighborhood where people have been shot, but if going outside is needed then I will. I cant afford a gym pass for a few months, so that is not an option. My diet is fine too I eat right. I tried looking up stuff online with no jumping, but unfortunately nothing comes up so if anyone could help me out that would be great, thanks!

How about Pilates? I thought it was lame at first but there are a lot of strength exercises that would build muscle. I got the book DK a little course in Pilates.
You could try the 30day shred but in the jumping warmup parts just do marching instead?
Hope you find something0 -
Have a look on YouTube - yoga, Pilates, body weight exercises - lunges, squats, planks etc.0

Jump rope. It's quiet and works well.0
