I could do with some friendly motivation :)

Good morning myfitness people
I've started to use the app, not just lo loose weight ( I am a little squishy in the middle ) but really to have a healthier life. Before New Years my grand total of weekly exercise would be walking to the train and my diet involved sitting down to a large bar of chocolate and bottle of wine rather too regularly.
So I've decided that as my 30th birthday approaches this year something has to change.
I quit my 10-15 a day cigarette habit on 3rd January this year and I'm still going strong, I'm also trying to do a Davina 30 min workout 3 times a week and as long as it's not raining - go for a little walk at lunch.
Diet wise - fruit & veg are playing a much larger part & I have cut down my alcohol intake ( with a couple of slip ups so far ) I've also introduced some new things I found on Instagram - this is my second day of overnight oats - and first day of chia seeds - I'll let you know if it's nice.
So I would really love some friends on the app to keep me motivated and to inspire me to do better when I've had an accidental cheese burger. So feel free to add me

Hey Feel free to add me, I'm on here daily and my diary is open for friends. I'm going to be starting again on the 25th since I'd be done my finals on the 24th haha. So yeah, gonna be going strong and hopefully lose this annoying fat!!0
