New here, wanted to say hi... Also need to ask, I have looked but don't know how to add my breastfeeding calories into my journal. It says that I am negative calories for the day, and it is only allowing me 1700 a day. Shouldn't it be more than that?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Hello all brides and girls,
Wish you all the best. I am 28 years and 165 lb now . I want to get back my 22 years old shape / 45-50 kg / because my classmates don't realize me now and I want to feel myself more healthy and young.0 -
I've read that breastfeeding burns about 500 cal a day. As most folks seem to be allotted the range of 1200-1400 a day, your 1700 is probably right but at the lower end, depending on how much you weigh and how active you are.0
