You will have probably just burned more pounds in your pocket than you will actually burn from Davina....0

Sorry can't help but Jillian Michael 30 DS has a very similar burn as PX90...... so I just created a an activity on my cardio list.0

Not true, I've lost 3 stone in the past doing Davina power of 3 - great DVD. And you can easily opt out of doing abs (which are the WORST thing you can do if you have a bad back like me), unlike the shred.0 -
I actually find them quite good I don't have time to go to classes and due to ankle injury cant run suits my schedule but then what works for one doesn't always work for others!0

But there are hundreds of DVDs from qualified fitness people online for free. What does Davina add that people who trained in fitnes for a living dont?
I dont mean to sound pretentious, but I doubt you have lost 3 stone from 'doing a DVD'. All of these lovely, pretty celebs who claim to be able to lose 3 stone in 5 minutes with my DVD do not tell the whole story. Exercise helps but changes in dietary habits are a much bigger contributor. I bet Davina didnt hold a gun to your head to prevent you from eating that bar of chocolate. Saying that I havent watched hers so I cant support that statement0 -
Cheers thank you for that waiting on a HRM to arrive to keep a more accurate log0
