I don't have the money or time for the gym. Does anyone know any good body weight workouts to help me lose fat, get bigger looking body, and make the muscle look cut? Thank you so much, if anyone can reply on here or message me that would be great.

The muscle will look "cut" as you lose fat and uncover it, although you won't really gain muscle (although you can gain strength) without a progressive, heavy lifting program. Checkout nerdfitness.com, fitnessblender.com and even blogilates.com for some decent bodyweight stuff. The befit Channel on YouTube has some good stuff, to. A lot of people on here also really like You Are Your Own Gym and Convict Conditioning.0

Haven't tried it myself but I've seen this one recommended several times on the boards.

To gain muscle, you must eat at maintenance or slightly above.0 -
Squats, lunges, pushups, planks, etc, there's hundreds of them. Do you know anyone who has Insanity or P90x videos you can borrow? You don't even have to do the program but they would give you some exercise ideas.0

You can get very strong and defined / toned from doing nothing but body weight exercises. Definitely check out nerdfitness' YouTube channel for workout ideas. Pushups, Body squats, lunges and inverse rows are excellent exercises for getting in shape on a budget or when you are stuck traveling for work etc.0

there's an app for that: google 'you are your own gym'.0

Tae Bo works for me, you can find a lot of different workouts online.0

If you are an average to above-average athlete I would suggest checking out Zuzka Light's workouts. She has ZGym where you pay $10 for access but her earlier workouts are for free on her youtube channel. Most are body weight and only take 20 minutes but you WORK the entire time. I'd also suggest bodyrock.tv. They are another home fitness community.
I've been doing Zuzka's workouts for almost 2 years and have noticed great improvement in muscle definition and endurance. Best of luck!
Also, I love all the great ideas other people have posted. Good for boredom busters!0 -

Ditto. Love Zuzka's workouts for at home/bodyweight. If you YouTube ZWOW (and Bodyrock, too), you'll find some good ones.0 -
First off, definitely invest in a pullup bar to start, and i've found that gymnastic rings are a great addition so you can add ring moves like pushups, dips, rows etc.
Start Bodyweight has some good info and progression tutorials to get you started. He also has a few basic program templates to build off as well http://www.startbodyweight.com/
Also, check out http://www.alkavadlo.com/ for some good info on body weight training.
good luck!0 -
