Hi, I’m new to this so I’ll start at the beginning. I was really active in my youth but started to put weight on as I hit my teens and got kind of lazy, I have made 2 big attempts to get more active and lose weight which were working till knee problems stopped me and I found solace in food and everything went to pot again last year being really disheartening having put 35 hard lost pounds on to take me back to my heaviest. I am now in a good place to give it a go again have lost 6 pounds in the last 2 weeks and think sharing with others in the same boat will help drive me on.
Wish me luck

The great thing is you didn't just completely give up on yourself. For me I had to make sure I wanted to lose weight for the right reasons--myself.0
