Ab pro circle

Does anyone have the ab pro circle. I am just wondering if it really works or if it's just a waste of money like most of the other machines out there....

    I use mine occasionally, and it hasn't injured me. I have a large hernia (missing my front abdominal muscles), so, with the Ab Pro, I can successfully work the side trunk muscles and keep myself in good shape.

    Belly fat is very stubborn, mine doesn't appear to be going anywhere :( But, from what I've researched it's usually the last to go. So, on that note- be patient and happy exercising :)

    A coworker has one and she was pretty unimpressed. My daughters sitter has one and managed to injure her rotator cuff. I have not tried it myself so all I know is what these folks have experienced.
