Exercise, focusing on weight training with adequate protein intake and about 6 months to a year, in a slight deficit, but not all the time, maintenance for 30-40% of that time.

    Calorie deficit and heavy lifting.

Are there other exercises beside heavy lifting by any chance?

Heavy lifting is not necessary. Try basic old school strength training exercises like push ups, and anything in plank position. Continue doing cardio to burn the fat off, then do resistance training to build a little muscle definition. There are loads of workout videos and fitness apps that can help you build a routine. :)
  • you can do squats or burpees are very good exercise to get rid of belly fat as try mountain climbers. if you dont know how to do these exercise you can youtube. if you can do 45sec of each exercise with 4 sets youll get the results you want
