Why aren't my arms getting sore?

When im going through my workout, my arms get so burned up and tired it's hard to just keep the weights in my hands! I always feel like im doing great when that happens, but the next day im not sore. every thing else will be sore, and the rest of my body didn't even burn like that.
I thought maybe i should change the routine, but the same thing happened! My chest and shoulders will get a little sore, but never my biceps. It makes me feel like im not getting anywhere. I haven't been able to go up in weights, or even in reps. it never gets easier. has anyone else been through this? am i doing something wrong?

Soreness isn't a good indicator of a good workout. Some get sore, some don't.
Biceps are smaller muscles so progress is slower.0 -
oooh. I didn't know that. Thank you!0

I pretty much never get sore. Doesn't mean you're not working hard0

I judge my progress by how much more weight I can lift vs. how sore I am the next day - it's easier to track than how many days you're sore for.0

But im not getting to the point where i can lift more... I won't be able to get more weights for a while, so either way my only option would be to do more reps. But it hasn't gotten easier to do the set that im doing.0
