Hey everyone
I'm reading The New Rules of Lifting for Women right now, and there are a lot of recipes that sound delicious. There's a breakfast recipe that I'd like to try out, but I'm not too sure about it. Here's the recipe:
- 6 oz. (3/4 cup) plain low-fat yogurt, or no-sugar-added low-fat yogurt
- 1/3 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
-1/3 cup fresh (or frozen and thawed) blueberries
- 1/8 cup unsalted chopped walnuts (roughly 10 halves)
-Mix together in a bowl.
Has anyone tried ricotta cheese mixed with yogurt? I find plain yogurt to be quite disgusting, as it tastes like sour cream to me, lol.
Thank you!!

I forgot to mention that I love sour cream, I just don't want my yogurt to taste like it.0
