My exercise regimen is not in the data base!!

I currently use Turbo Fire for my workouts, but I cannot find it in the database to log my exercises. Any ideas?

    Mine either: Trikking, cardio pilates, slide boarding, Total Gym.

    Also the exercise database here only lists Yoga -- there are at least six different kinds of yoga which vary widely in the amount of effort, speed/tempo, and hence, calories burned.

    I just moved over from LiveStrong, and I have to say I'm kind of disappointed in the exercise choices. :huh:

    Log it as *insert cardio here* and track your calories with a HRM. Otherwise, i wouldn't log it for fear of it being highly innacurate.

    Exercise burn is highly variable......gender, weight, heart rate, endurance, effort etc. If you are serious about accurate calories, invest in a heart rate monitor (HRM) with a chest strap that you can program with your stats. If not, use a generic activity like aerobics or something similar to your activity and do not trust the numbers it provides as entirely accurate.
