Anyone in Oregon? or close to 50?

I am new here today, and looking for friends/supporters from all over, but it would be nice to meet some fellow oregonians. i am 49 years old, 5'3 and weigh 325 lbs. as you can tell, i have a load of weight to lose and will be on here quite a while. I plan on checking in here a couple times a day to give support as well as receive it;) Im am usually a pretty upbeat person, but like most people i do have my days.     I am in Oregon, barely, 55 and somewhere along the line I decided that I couldn't help being an old lady but I didn't have to be a fat old lady. Add me if you like :)

    Living in Oregon and 54. This site has been great for me. I have lost 70 pounds with the support from here and hard work . As you can see I have gained some of it back and recommitted this month to get the last 20 pounds off and keep it off. Add me if you like and good luck with the journey to the new you.
