Just Hit the 20 Pound Marker

I decided to post for the first time to commemorate losing my first 20 pounds. I owe a great deal of my success to MFP. Being able to set a daily caloric goal and then track it has made all the difference in the world. I still need to lose another 20 to hit that "sweet spot" as per the BMI charts, but I am confident I can do it, holidays be damned!
