Last summer I decided to eat healthier and exercise and lost a stone (I was never overweight but I felt great). I've kept the weight off since then, but my diet has gotten pretty crappy in the last few months (going to put a fast metabolism down to this).
Started up a new account to log my food and exercise. I'll probably end up losing some weight because of the calorie deficit, but I'm more focused on getting healthy. I'm 8 stone 10 atm (5'6"), but think could go down to 8 stone or less just by eating healthily and exercising.
Anyone else with a similar plan? Add me if you like, the more the merrier

Hi there, I'm sort of in the same boat, I've never been overweight, but I probably took that for granted and would snack on anything with no limitations. Well how I've got some extra baggage... just a bit, and I want to take care of it NOW before I full on let myself go. I'm trying to lose 10 pounds, and as of today am half way there! It's amazing! Anyway, I'd love to be MFP pals. Also, do you actually live in Ireland? That is my DREAM destination! I'm trying to save money to go there this year. I've wanted to go there my entire life0
