I know how to find out how many calories my sub is but how do I log it. If I try to make it a recipe it doesn't log it right and the ones other's have made aren't quiet right either. So how would I go about logging it so it also adds my macros and such.

You can enter your specific combo under My Foods. The Subway website is easy to get accurate calorie count, including proteins, carbs, etc that you track. Simply transfer the total to My Foods once, and each time you order the same thing the info is there! Just select, for example, "Subway grilled chicken sandwich on Italian with spinach, bell peppers, tomatoes, Jack cheese, banana peppers, and Italian dressing" or whatever you want to call it ("My way subway chicken sandwich"? ) from My foods and it will be added to your diary. Hope this helps!0
