Exercise at work

hi! i would like to know what kind of exercises i can do at work. there are no stairs at my workplace (its a single-storey building). Ive incorporated walking to get lunch and back (but that's only 10 minutes) and would like to do a little bit more. any HELPFUL suggestions would be appreciated.

  • I like to get up and do squats and lunges. Also running in place. I also looked up chair workouts online and found some cool ones

    Wall presses (push ups)

    I get up and squat all the time at my desk. Walking lunges to the bathroom when you go, or to get water. L-Sits with your chair/dips. I also add some pull up and chin up on the bathroom stalls haha. Wall sits. Bodyweight tricep extension, there's many you can come up with.

    Search youtube for 7 minute miracle workout. It is doable at work and boy do you feel it!
