Ingredients already added?

So say I make pancakes ... And on the package it says it's 180 calories. Does that include the ingredients like the eggs milk etx that you add into the pancake mix . Or iare those ingredients extra calories?

    Good question. Look at the label carefully. Often they list the nutrition information for both the mix alone and as prepared according to directions.

    yeah I know Kraft Mac and cheese has "as prepared" and "dry mix" or something like that.
