Until I get an HRM- Insanity?

I'm 5'4, 158.9 lbs.
UNTIL I get my HRM, approximately how many calories would I burn with each Insanity workout?

    I'm the same height and 150lbs and I burn anywhere from 200-350 calories depending on the workout.

    It depends on how hard you work I burn from 295-323.My body is use to it though. Everybody isn't going to be the same because you may constantly stop when I keep going it just depends.Beginners I would say maybe 350 and it also depends on the workout.My favorite two are polymetric and cardio power.Good 35mins sweat.
