Not eating and not loosing weight?

I've never noticed this until now but I'm not a person that eats a lot and I am still overweight. Its not that I don't mean too but I get very busy and just forget about it.. when I'm just sitting at home and I'm bored I will cook and make a good meal.. but yesterday for example I was so busy doing different things, that I didn't eat a thing all day and finally in the evening ate a banana just cause I remembered I never ate. In the morning I don't have time to eat and I'm not a breakfast fan anyways so I usually just drink a cup of coffee.. then by lunch time I usually have a sandwich or sometimes just buy a bag of chips and eat a handful by the time I get home from work I'm too tired to cook and I do not like tv dinners so I usually just don't eat. I honestly don't know how I do that lol
I try to exercise at least 4-5 times a week doing Zumba when I have time or T25 when I just want to do something quick.
I don't see why I would be stuck in the same weight for like 5-6 years already.. I don't go up I don't go down and I did have times where I ate more like before I started working..
I did have like a stomach virus when I was about 13-14 and I couldn't keep anything down for a month could only drink grape juice.. by the time I recovered I was really skinny and I think that kind of traumatized my body .. How can I eat more and what are some quick things to eat so I don't forget on a busy day?

I know I am the same way especially getting busy through my work day and often missing breakfasts, sometimes lunch and snacks! The key that helped me the most is preparation, and what works best with your routine/schedule/and job. At my office I like to leave easy snacks and breakfast items in my desk, like protein shakes, granola bars, etc. At home, a banana is an easy grab and go item. Otherwise on weekends or evenings when I have time, packing a lunch is always great. A sandwich, a salad, soup, dinner leftovers, whatever you can do. I find that if I prepared and set out 3 square things to eat and bring it to work, that I will do it. Otherwise having backups for when you forget is always a lifesaver. See where you can stash things whether it is in your car or at work, or just enforce better habits of packing and preparing the night before. Also another easy weekend thing I do is pre-chop and baggie a bunch of veggies like carrots and celery and cucumbers. Those are easy to grab and go with too, and they last me all week long if I chop up a lot. Hope this gives some ideas to help!0
