I LOVE to sleep on a full stomach.

So I'm a rough sleeper. I tend to fall asleep most quickly after a nice warm meal. Are there any repercussions to this? I stay well in between my calories. I would love to not eat the extra small meal in order to make a bigger calorie deficit for myself. Does any one have any sleep aid ideas that may be beneficial for me? How about good midnight snacks? Do other people have this problem?

As long as you are within your calorie goal, you are fine.

You are more susceptible(over long run) of getting GERD, acid reflux disease....
this is if you lie down for an extended period of time immediately after you eat.
If you eat carbs right before you sleep, you WILL put on fat as your body can't break/process that down.
Lean protein before you sleep is 10x better than eating a peanut butter jelly sandwich right before you sleep0 -

I lost 37 pounds from september 26th to december 26th and I ALWAYS ate right before bed (most of the time it was a peanut butter/jelly sandwich) (it helps me to fall asleep too :P) and I very often wake up in the middle of the night to snack.
I simply stayed within my calorie goal ! so yup, from my personal experience eating before bed and waking up to eat in the middle of the night didn't affect my weight loss at ALL, can't say if it's the same for everyone though !0 -
If it works for you, do it. I dont like going to sleep on a full stomach, because I feel like total crap (just intestinally "off") when I wake up .. but hey, that's me; you're you.0
