Healthy snack ideas for lunchboxes?

So far I've had a handful or olives, grapes, dole fruit pots, popcorn, mini breadsticks, low cal crisps, crackers and tomorrow a mini pack of veggie sushi.

I always like to change and swap things about so I wondered if anyone has any other tips or ideas?

Maybe pair some hummus with those mini breadsticks or crackers? Or with carrot or celery sticks? Or an apple/banana?

I pack my lunch every day for work, and I always have carrot sticks with light ranch veggie dip. Or, veggie dip made from Greek yogurt. Fruit is always good to have on hand as well, and lately I've been packing about a cup of fat free cottage cheese and about a half cup of chunked pineapple to mix in it. It has a lot of good protein and seems to do fairly well keeping away the hungries.

Here are some of the things I take:

Oatcakes with low cal toppings eg. reduced fat pate, cottage cheese, light cream cheese
    Malt loaf
    Fruit/veggies
    Beef jerky
    Cereal bars
    Nuts
    Roasted chick peas

I also get Graze boxes. I have the Light Box option so everything is less than 150 calories. Check out their website - it might give you some inspiration if you see the kinds of things they send.

I live for my babybel cheese rounds and veggies every afternoon. :) My favorite is pairing them with grape tomatoes.

I like 100 calorie packs of almonds, kind bars, hummus with baby carrots, cottage cheese, PB2 on a sandwich thins with jelly(I actually use a little pumpkin butter from a local orchard), fruit obviously, special k "chips", light string cheese, boiled eggs, and turkey and cheese pinwheels(I use Joseph's flax and bran lavash if I can find them).

I love raw sweet potato sticks. They have a crunch and flavor like carrots, but totally different nutritional makeup, so it's a good swap.

Jicama sticks are good, too. I also like sliced red bell pepper with lemon juice sprinkled over it and a sprinkle of salt. And, wedges of roma tomatoes (fewer seeds, so no gooey mess) with salt and black pepper, or a dash of chipotle pepper.

I take a lunch every day, and always have to have a few different snacks incase I get hungry early and need one, or just want to eat a big lunch and feel nice and stuffed. These are my staples:

-veggies (baby carrots, snap peas, celery, cucumber slices, bell pepper slices)
-some kind of dip for the veggies (hummus - all kinds like red pepper, jalapeno cilantro, beet, roasted garlic-or this fantastic spread I get at the farmer's market made of almonds called *****in Sauce....amazzzing)
    -grapes
    -cherries
    -a couple of cuties
    -banana
-apple and 1tbsp good peanut butter

i like for my snacks to be fruit or vegetables mostly, i guess haha they leave me feeling super full, energized and happy :)
