I keep reading about "macros" in posts (I'm a newbie). Can anyone fill me in on what that is or means?

Macro nutrients refer to the fat, protein and carbohydrate grams. Micro nutrients are usually measured in micrograms, or similar smaller units, examples being vitamin C, iron, calcium, etc.0
