    I'm in the same ball park as you both on all counts. But it'll get better (well the weight at least, I'll always be short and only going to get older!!)

    35 - starting weight 240 lbs and 5ft 3.

    The only way is up (or down as far as your weight is concerned) from here! It's a fab website and a great community.

    I respect your honesty. Time to get started on your weight loss journey then! there is plenty of support on this site for you to come up with a food plan and exercise routine you feel comfortable about and can stick with!
