    P.S Everything IS better with cheese.....any idea of Calorie count for them?

    I can vouch that the wedding soup is GREAT!

    Here is the nutrition info I came up with for it (not in the database since I have it as a recipe on here). I used low sodium chicken broth but didn't find it in the beef broth.

    Recipe makes 4 2-cup servings. Nutrition information per 2-cup serving:

    Calories: 247
    Carbs: 11
    Protein: 17
    Fat: 15 (using 80/20 ground chuck... I bet you could cut back on that by using leaner beef or by cutting back on the olive oil)
    Fiber: 1
    Sodium: 1194 (almost all from the broths, so if you can find low-salt or make your own, that could be cut way down too)
