I am considering buying a weighted vest for when I hike near my house.
Does anyone use one?

Any suggestions for brand, etc...?

I bought a Mir. It's OK. I recall not being happy with their customer service department.

I've heard there's something called the "X-Vest" that is one of the best there are.

    Thanks

The MIR doesn't include weights, so I would have to get some.
The XVEST is $220 so thanks, but noooooooooooooooooooooo.

I recently purchased this, but it doesn't have removable weights. It's a static 15 lbs. (or whatever weight you want).

I use it for lower body weight training, pull-ups, dips, and push-ups. I'm pretty happy with it.

Edit: Apparently MFP has a filter on the word that's part of the store name, so here's the link after being shortened: http://bit.ly/10x40EH

How is it holding up? I saw reviews that the seams are faulty.
