    You are completely brave, i could have never taken pics 50 pounds ago I just posted some on my blog at the beginning of my insanity challenge and those were hard for me, but I need the visuals I am having difficulty accepting that I am no longer the obese girl...WTG and I am sure you will reach your goal if you continue doing what you are doing!

    It really is and I wasnt even in the hard core lose weight phase for the past 5 months it just happened naturally from eating right LOVE it!!
