in the last six or seven months i have lost near to six stone, thanks in no part to the myfitnesspal app on android, i find that it is easy and efficient to monitor my weight and my food and calorie intake, i weigh and measure everything and have even started to buy healthy eating cook books from around town, i do feel more confident, the rest will come with exercise.

i am not exercising as much as i'd like as i am nervous after gall stone surgery (last July, the reason i started dieting in the first place)

i am currently having 1800 calories 6 days a week and a relaxed day where i eat what i like, this has worked for me as week on week i am losing a pound, often two pounds.
