:smooched: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: Hi been on this for a week, but i have no buddies yet...it's great to share inspiring and motivating ideas. I really love to eat. I've tried myfitness pal before and stopped many times. But this time i'm making comments on my diary so i can force myself to give updates on it everyday, then you'd know im not committing to my goal. I am officially on my 11th day on this monitoring and so far i am enjoying it. I like the fact that when i eat, i know when to stop coz i'll be over my calorie goal. And if ever i exceed, i'll commit to burn it afterwards. Of course, it will be a long journey, so i hope we all can motivate each other.
