If you do a search for Southern Comfort when you are logging your foods you will see that one shot (one ounce) has 70 calories and 3 grams of carbs. So .. does 70 calories/3grams of carbs fit in your calorie/carb goal for today? If so then yes -- just log it like you would any other food. That of course assumes that the affect of the alcohol does not cause you to make other bad choices that cause you to go over your goals. That is my problem -- I can usually make room for a drink or two in terms of calories, but they weaken my will power and I end up going over on other stuff. So I find it works better for me to just avoid alcohol.0
