Tomorrow I will be one week in. Doing so well, so far. I am 68 and I have not given up hope of regaining a lean, strong body. My body is the temple of the Holy Spirit and He deserves the best I can give him, both spiritually and physically. I would be interested in hearing from some others out there.
This week, I have only gone over my calorie limit once or twice but only by a very few calories. I have lagged in the exercise department, except for shoveling snow one day and rearranging the bedroom furniture by myself on the same day. It is more important, I think, to be faithful to a less ambitious but steadier routine of exercise, walking for 20 minutes minimum a day, for example. I will be working on that this coming week.
