Not sure where to stick this, so I guess here is as good as anywhere....
Has anybody come across any skin creams that legitimately help tighten loose skin at all? Even just a little bit? Or is this just a pipe dream and I'm screwed for the rest of time...

I have heard of several things that supposedly work, but honestly, copious amounts of water and time seem to be the best bet.

There's really no such thing, to my knowledge. Proper nutrition, good hydration, and making sure you get enough dietary fat and specifically omega 3 fatty acids can be beneficial. So can using compression garments during high intensity exercise to prevent further damage to the connective tissue.0

Not sure about tightening but this is a good product that I have been using that I get from amazon they have a interesting review on skin needling on there as well directly relating to loose skin and collagen

Eating healthy fats will definitely improve your skin - not sure how much it will help with tightening but you'll notice a definite improvement in texture (softer, smoother). I'm a big fan of eating avocados, nuts and oily fish.0

Not sure if this is applicable, but my loose tummy skin is totally normal looking now (standing up), 2.5 years after having my daughter (it happened gradually, about a year ago). Is that the loose skin you're talking about or is it from rapidly losing a lot of weight?0

I don't know if it counts as "rapidly" but about 80 pounds of my loss has been in the last 6 months. Unfortunately, having been overweight my entire life my skin won't have the bounce back capacity that it would for someone who had stretched out skin for 9 months. And it's everywhere. Stomach, boobs, arms, thighs. It's disgusting.0 -

Oh :-( I've been overweight before, but never had loose skin, because the most I ever had to lose was 50 lbs. However, 6 months is a relatively short period of time to lose weight, so maybe SOME of it will tighten back up in time. :-)0 -

I hope so. Having to dress in the dark so I don't accidentally see something that will make me depressed for the rest of the day can make for some interesting outfit choices.0 -
