    AWESOME! Its is a huge deal! I just ran a 5K and looking at the results, if you were a man who was age 25-29 you would have come in 28th place for that age group!!! If you can beat the young boys you are doing awesome! For your own age group on the one I just did you would have kicked butt, too!

    as an asthma and arthritis patient, i understand the thrill of doing something that you never thought you would be able to do. my walk to run program is rather new to me, but i am doing it. WE are doing it!!!
