How many calories should i eat??

I am confused about what option is best for me.
My goal is to aim for 2lbs loss / week
I am committed to working out 7 days a week (I use a HRM and burn minimum 500 calories/workout)
MFP says eat:
2880 to maintain
2380 to lose 1 lb
1880 to lose 2 lbs
I am not sure what to set my goal at. I do not want to cut my calories too low.
Also do I eat back my exercise calories?
If someone could pls help me figure this out, I would greatly appreciate it

Also to mention.... I am not very active during the day as i have a desk job.
Not sure if that would change things or not0 -
Welcome! Set your activity level to sedentary. Pick a goal. (It's a good idea to start out w/ a modest goal while you get used to everything.) MFP will give you a calorie goal w/ your deficit built in, so you must eat back at least 50% of your exercise calories. Everybody's different, and weight loss takes a whole lot of trial & error to find what works for you.
Log everything you eat accurately & honestly. Find reliable database entries. (There's a lot of incorrect data in there.) Weigh your food. Log your exercise, and eat back your exercise calories. If you're not losing, eat back half your exercise calories.

MFP is saying to eat 1880 plus your exercise to lose 2 lbs/week, so that'd be around 2380 for you, right? I don't think you need to worry about cutting your calories too low unless you're going below 1200.0
