hi everybody I am new to this site. I got one of these so I could lose some weight so I am real young and I have about 90 pounds to lose im 5 8 and I have PCOS and im border lined type 2 diabetes and I need some tips on weight loss and some tips on how to do this site
THANKS!!!!!! oh and my weight has gotten so bad I don't like to leave the house I weigh 262 pounds

Hi! I would advise setting your goals in this site/app, and let the site determine your calorie intake requirements. Then log in your meals as accurately as possible into the food diary. The phone app is handy for this. Avoid going over your daily limit and you should lose weight.
If you are used to large portions, bulk out your meals with low calories veg and salad and reduce the starchy and fatty component of your meals. Eat your greens first!0 -
Welcome! Everybody's different, and weight loss takes a whole lot of trial & error to find what works for you.
Log everything you eat accurately & honestly. Find reliable database entries. (There's a lot of incorrect data in there.) Weigh your food. Log your exercise, and eat back your exercise calories. If you're not losing, eat back half your exercise calories.
