This is a cover up. It took a few sittings but I'm pretty proud of it!

I have 4 favorites:
The first is my back piece. Take a look at the tatt AND my user name and it should be pretty self-explanatory.


The second is my thigh piece. I am an avid backpacker/hiker so again, self-explanatory. The words under the water; All who wander are not lost.


Next is my Frog Prince. It's white ink, but look carefully-there are 3 elements: 1. the crown. 2. the heart-shaped body and 3. the tatt as a whole. (Every man thinks he's prince charming (the crown) until you give him your heart (and body) then he turns into a f'ing TOAD!) (but I'm not bitter! lol)

I saved the BEST for last. My APPLE. My last name is Smith and when my granddaughter was born I just knew that I could NOT go through life being called "Granny Smith" so I decided to have her call me Apples. I am her Apples and just try to read that and NOT think "Goodness, if that isn't the BEST grandma name EVER!!!" So my Apple means I always have my granddaughter with me.


I do have a shoulder piece almost completed...will share when it's done!

I don't have a good before pic but this is when we were sketching everything out. I've used the same artist for 7 of my tatts. I wouldn't use anyone else at this point. Well except the other artists in his shop since he trained them all.

I have only one and it looks horrible because they told me to take care of it wrong. I need to get that touched up but there are others that I've seen here that I would love to get done!
