Back on track!

Ok. I'm introducing myself. My name is Jeannette. I'm 33 and looking to get fit for good this year. I've been fairly well this year so far but recently kicked myself in the butt. I'm eating 5-6 small meals a day, high protein, complex carbs, and low low sodium. No sugar (sweets like candy/cake). So far it's been great. I've had to work on scheduling meals through out my busy schedule but it's working! Next I am joining a 12 week weight loss contest through Labrada. This will incorporate exercise really back into my life. Between working almost full time, going to school full time, and interning in a high school this semester, we will see how good my will power is. Friends always help so please do add me!
