                    Anyone have any recommendations for good workout songs??! Not worried about which genre... just good music that's good to run to... Any favourites??

            Vocal trance, in general, works wonders for me.
 The whole Armin van Buuren - Intense (Album) is what I'm addicted to right now.

 But if I plan on getting over 80% HRMax I don't get my mp3 player out. I found out that my ears hurt and my focus drifts around if I listen to music at that level of exertion. Weird.0
