Hi!

Hi, I am a woman in my mid-30’s, I have been overweight for a couple of years, which I mainly attribute to some insane stress in my life. Last year, I lost 15 pounds between Jan-May, I had a personal setback in the summer, and 1 ended up putting back on 5 pounds before the end of the year. This year, I’d like to be ambitious and try to lose 20 pounds before June 1. That’s about 1.1765 pounds per week… approximately. ;) The point is, it SHOULD be completely do-able, if only I can stay motivated! I am looking for some female friends on here with similar goals to help keep me motivated.
