Hi, I am a woman in my mid-30’s, I have been overweight for a couple of years, which I mainly attribute to some insane stress in my life. Last year, I lost 15 pounds between Jan-May, I had a personal setback in the summer, and 1 ended up putting back on 5 pounds before the end of the year. This year, I’d like to be ambitious and try to lose 20 pounds before June 1. That’s about 1.1765 pounds per week… approximately. The point is, it SHOULD be completely do-able, if only I can stay motivated! I am looking for some female friends on here with similar goals to help keep me motivated.
