Okay so I am at my original goal..great, right? Its like I feel like my motivation is slipping somwhat. Maybe its cause I can be kinda loose on my eating and still weigh the same. Maybe its because I run like a maniac every day. What I'm trying to say is I've (kinda) fallen off the wagon the passed two days (okay I said it!) and have not gained any weight from it. Do I really want to be 115 lbs..or should I just go into maintenance? Its soooo weird..I didn't think reaching my original goal would make me confused? I just need to keep up the same motivation I had when I was trying to get to 120...!
Does anyone understand what I am trying to get at? :ohwell:

I know when I work really hard to reach a goal, it seems kind of anti-climatic when I reach it. I mean, really, shouldn't there be bells and confetti and whistles and, well, something??? Anything??? BTW - mega congrats on reaching your goal!! Maybe now you should look at a goal in a different area. Like, not losing more weight, but maybe being able to run faster or lift more weights or tone this or that or something else??? Or even in a different area of life. When you focus so intensly on something then acheive the goal, you have to have someplace for that focus to shift to. JMHO! Otherwise it's a little disconcerting. Just the thoughts rumbling around in my head - I think I can relate. Just wish I could make progress on my goal :laugh:0

Yeah I imagine it would be hard to keep motivated when you've already met your original goal..GOOD FOR YOU for setting a new one. Well I guess the question is how bad do you want to lose the last few to weigh 115. I don't think you've fallen off the wagon, probably just enjoying being at your new weight and relaxing a little with the eating.. I guess as long as your not putting on weight then you should be good....If you really want it you'll get it Just like you did to get to 1200

Every body will gravitate to it's ideal weight, trying to go beyond could have a rebellion. Why 115. I go by how my clothes fit not by the size they are. Depending on your build and height, 115 can see you into some crazy sizing like 0 and 00 and who needs that. If you are happy, healthy, running and not gaining, you may have found your ideal. Going below will always have your body trying to rebound from an unrealistic goal. Enjoy your success, you earned it. Cheers.0
