OK, I have consulted a few family and personal doctors. They have recommended the Alli Kick start.

I have read the material twice and I am ready. It is a way of life, not a fix.

I have talked to a few aquaintences as well. They have been really happy with it as well, to the point they have started weining their selves off it now due to reaching their goal and starting their maintenance.

I start it tomorrow for 30 days at first, then I will go from there.

As recommended, read and research first....

As well as all diets and pills.

I will probably check in after a few weeks.

I didn't know what it was so thought I would look it up. Um... are you sure you want to poop yourself?

It's even listed on their webpage as 50% of all people have that side effect!

Day 4 and already feel a change in appetite and no side effects, but the key is, follow it to the T!!!

I am only on it for 60 days, so I did not want any cravings or habits for a drug.

My doctor said she will monitor me as well.

I have another and hopefully my last, Cervical cell treatment tomorrow.

I will talk more to her about the drug.

my husband took the alli and it worked as long as you didn't eat ANYTHING bad for you. he got a turkey sub from subway with peppers and oil and vinegar and was in the bathroom for 2 days!! lol I guess the oil or the peppers did him in! He is a police officer and he said a guy he works with took it and couldn't make it to the bathroom when he was on patrol, guess you should always have another set of clothes with you!! lol

Best of luck to you!! It worked for him when he did take it but if he knew we were going out to eat or something he would skip that day b/c he was scared he wouldn't be able to make it to a bathroom!

    :drinker:
  • I've been taking Alli for three weeks. I rarely go over the amount of fat suggested. I've had no side effects. I've lost 8 pounds in three weeks. The weight seems to be going 1-2 pounds a week now on a 1,440 or less calories a day with 45 grams or less of fat a day. I want to lose 15 more pounds.

Seems like the folks who have problems are eating way too much fat. I bought my refill of Alli from eBay, and it was much cheaper than Costco or Walmart. I would recommend it.
